About Us

Have you ever wondered how you can take great photos?  Do you struggle with lighting?  Have you attempted to make a good portfolio, but can't seem to do so?  Do you have a great camera, but don't know how to use it to its fullest potential?  Or perhaps you want to know how to edit your photos in Lightroom or Photoshop.

If you have the desire to learn, but can't find good enough help, it can be frustrating at times.  Sure, you can "google" how to take good photos, or even search on youtube for some good training videos, but it is still not enough.  What you need is some hands on experience; you need someone to help you face to face.

That is what Sway Chavez Photography is offering to you.  We have two great photographers from Brigham Young University (BYU) who are willing to give you the tips and tricks to photography.

We are going to have workshops available to you so that you can sharpen your skills or develop new ones!  As every photographer is at different stages in their journey, we've decided to split our workshops into specific skills so that we can accommodate you.  Plus, with the split up system of workshops, you can pick and choose which ones will be worth your money.
